No dropshipping, print-on-demand passthrough, counterfeit goods, illegal goods, threats, doxxing, or porn.

Product weight, dimensions, and package fit data are required so shipping can be calculated cleanly.

Buyer and seller private address/contact fields are encrypted at rest.

Messages are not encrypted. Do not exchange personal info or arrange off-site purchases in messages.

Purchases outside MarketPatriots forfeit marketplace refund and return coverage.

Report listings, reviews, disputes, or seller conduct that appears unlawful, abusive, counterfeit, unsafe, privacy-invasive, or outside the no-dropshipping rule.

Keep addresses, phone numbers, tracking details, and payment information inside checkout, orders, disputes, or approved shipping fields. Public listing, review, and message text must not include private personal data.

Moderation can pause listings, stores, reviews, disputes, or accounts while MarketPatriots reviews abuse reports, fraud signals, sanctions risk, or policy violations.
