Use disputes for real order problems and upload evidence there. Off-site payment or off-site deals can remove marketplace refund/return coverage.
Open a dispute from the order page if the seller misses deadlines or the item has a real problem.
Do this in order
- Open a dispute from the order if something is wrong.
- Upload photos, tracking screenshots, or other evidence in the dispute page.
- Keep refund negotiations inside the case so coverage stays intact.
Done when
Any problem is documented in a dispute with evidence.

Off-site deals can void refund and dispute coverage.
