Keep messages, tracking, reviews, disputes, and refund offers on the order/dispute pages. Refunds are new RLUSD payments to the original buyer wallet.

Do this in order

  1. Use the order page for seller acceptance, shipping/tracking, messages, reviews, and disputes.
  2. Keep all support inside MarketPatriots to preserve coverage.
  3. If a refund is approved, expect a new RLUSD transaction back to the original buyer wallet.
Done when Order support, tracking, disputes, and refunds stay inside MarketPatriots.
Safety check Do not start duplicate Xaman payments while one is pending.

Warnings for this walkthrough
  • Use RLUSD on XRP Ledger/XRPL only. Do not send Ethereum RLUSD or any unsupported network asset to a MarketPatriots checkout.
