Create RLUSD payment
Checkout creates a Xaman RLUSD payment request. Verify amount, asset, and destination in Xaman before signing, and create only one payment request at a time.

Do this in order
- Create the checkout order and one Xaman RLUSD payment request.
- In Xaman, verify asset is RLUSD, amount matches the order total, and the destination is the seller payment request.
- Reject the request if the asset, amount, or request context looks wrong.
Done when
The Xaman checkout request shows RLUSD, the expected amount, and the seller payment destination.
